Signature Wedding Package

Ideal for up to a 70-guest wedding reception in the Manors Dining Room (not available for Marquee weddings). There is a minimum two-night buyout of the lodge and accommodations. The Signature Wedding Package below is inclusive of 40 guests staying at the inn for two nights, with an additional 30 guests at an extra cost, making a total of 70 guests for the wedding celebration lunch or dinner.

Your special day with us at Kinloch Manor & Villas includes:
Two nights' accommodation, exclusive use of Kinloch Manor - 40 guests twin share (One night stay in low season) POA
Pre-wedding-night includes pre-dinner drinks and cold canapes, followed by four 4-course meals for 40 inhouse guests
Wedding reception dinner - a 3-course dinner for 40 in-house guests (with the ability to increase numbers for the wedding reception dinner to 70 in the lodge at additional cost)
Full gourmet breakfast served in the breakfast room both mornings for 40 in-house guests
Light lunch for 40 guests on the wedding day
Bottle of French Champagne and cheese platter in the bride & groom suite on arrival (one)
Late checkout for the wedding couple
Menu and wine tasting for the Bride and Groom arranged 2 months prior
Wedding coordination up to 10 hours

Maximum co-ordination by lodge of 10 hours is included in package once quote and deposit is paid -additional wedding co-ordination can be purchased at your cost
Post 11.30pm all staffing costs will be additional to wedding package costs - POA

Payment: 50% of the total stay within seven days of booking wedding. The remaining 50% is due 90-60 days before arrival and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. 100% cancellation fee 60 days out. A valid credit card must be provided for beverage costs and will be preauthorised at $100 per guest.

An exclusive and romantic setting for your intimate and private elopement, plus special touches to complete your perfect ceremony

Included in Elopement Package:
Two nights’ accommodation in a Residence Villa - Bride and Groom twin share.
Pre-Wedding-Night – pre-dinner drink and cold canapes followed by 4-course meal for Bride and Groom
Wedding reception dinner - a 3-course dinner for the Bride and Groom, and at an additional cost, up to 8 guests
Full gourmet breakfast for the Bride and Groom two mornings
Light lunch for Bride and Groom on the wedding day
